My name is Paolo, and I'm a Sommelier-Booking Assistant driven by a deep passion for Italian food and wine and everything that speaks to the soul of my country: wine, food, the regions, and the stories that make them unique.

My goal is to help you experience Italy not as a tourist but as a local. Thanks to my firsthand knowledge of the region, I'll save you time and money by guiding you through various expenses: hotels, restaurants, shops, museums, and cultural sites off the beaten path, chosen because they're loved and experienced every day by locals. Each proposal is carefully selected and tailor-made to offer you authenticity, quality, and true emotions, without waste or disappointment.

I work between Piacenza and Parma, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, one of Italy's most extraordinary regions for its culinary tradition, excellent wines, and historical heritage. This is where my work is primarily focused: a region I know intimately and love to showcase in every detail.

At the same time, my work is grounded in firsthand, in-depth knowledge of Italy: I've lived in the South, Center, and North, exploring the country (including its islands) not only as a professional but as a passionate traveler. Every year, I travel thousands of kilometers by motorcycle, focusing on inland roads and small villages, far from the beaten track, in search of rare products, authentic traditions, and exquisite food and wine.

Thanks to this ongoing journey and a network of select contacts built over time, I can extend my services to other Italian regions, handling reservations with the same care throughout the country.

To ensure high-quality, meticulous, and truly personalized services, I choose to work with very small groups, up to a maximum of four people. This allows me to carefully address every need, create tailor-made experiences, and offer discreet yet attentive support, where every detail makes a difference.
